Agreement

By accessing kiero.co or engaging with Kiero LLC ("Kiero", "we", "us") services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

Kiero provides content strategy, social media consulting, AI agent setup, and marketing services for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined per engagement.

SMS Terms

• By submitting a contact form or calling our business number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry
• Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services
• Message and data rates may apply
• To opt out, reply STOP to any SMS message
• For help, reply HELP or email kieran@kiero.co
• We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes

Payments

Service fees are agreed upon prior to engagement. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and deliverables created by Kiero remain the property of the client upon full payment. Kiero retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Kiero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
